Dr. Geetha has a career spanning 17 years as an academician and has had brief stints as an entrepreneur too. She is specialized in Diversity, Inclusion, OB, HRM, Leadership Development, Strategic Talent Management, HR Analytics and other related areas. Her unique abilities and strengths as a professional are reflected by an exclusive professional experience in Analytical Skills, Mentoring, Lecturing and Academic Publishing. She has 28 research publications to her credit and is acknowledged among the top 10% of the authors globally on Social Science Research Network, managed by Elsevier. She has won 6 best paper awards in various international and national conferences hosted by reputed B-Schools across India. Dr. Geetha served as member of BOE,VTU , BOS-DSU, BOS- Alliance University and BOS-Garden City. she is associated with professional associations and NGOs like NHRDN, SHRM, and SRCM Prior to her current
assignment, she was associated with Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management as Professor and Head of the Department of Management studies & IQAC- Chief Coordinator; with Alliance University, School of Business as Area Chair , OB-HR and with RJSIMS as Head of the Department of MBA. She is currently working with the Christ University, Bangalore as an Associate Professor and coordinator of Sustainability Cell and Oikos International- CU ,Bangalore Chapter. She also engaged in consulting as an SME with an EdTech firm and independent Management consultant or Analyst for a few start-ups.
