Next speaker is running a Ngo in such a young age to serve people who even loves to connect people Anshita Sharma throwing some light on how greatest wealth is health and providing these benefits results in better performance and increased productivity. Next speaker likes mountaineering and hiking and is semi qualified charter accountant Pooja Tummala presented so well about the wonders made by AI and Automation in the field of HR like for hiring, for the quality work and helps in eliminating the bias and reducing manpower, helps in automation etc. Next speaker is passionate about visiting new cities and culture across the globe, loves singing and reading Sucheta Manvikar gave insight how one can identify workplace. Our last speaker of the day who loves dancing, yoga, travelling and exploring new places Kalam Harini gave us a great perspective about the bias taking place in the workplace. The main purpose of this webinar is to open the minds of people so that they can understand the situation around and know how they can overcome it in different possible ways instead of just facing these problems and letting it go its very much important to that one step ahead to make a change.
