Mentorship Challenge 1 – Movie review

Learning is a lesson that will follow its owner everywhere.

Mentees asked to select a movie, which had learning component for management students. 

• Each mentorship group will select 2-3 movies for the mentor for validation at mentor meetings and out of which one will be finally selected for MC1. 

Each presentation will be for 15 minutes (Including comments and clippings) 

Points to be considered for choosing the movie were:

We learn even from the reel world. 

This Movie Review Challenge aims to engage students by encouraging them review movies and find management lessons they can learn from them. 

Mentorship Challenge 2 – Start-up Spirit 

It’s not about ideas, it’s about making ideas happen.

ISBR organized the Start-Up Spirit Mentorship Challenge on October 10, 2018. In this challenge students of each mentorship group compete in multiple categories of start-ups like the Failed Start-up, the Successful Start-up, and the Next Big Idea. 

The aim of the start-up challenge is to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation among the students and to identify the start-ups that have the potential to become the next unicorn in the world.

Mentorship Challenge 3 – Campus To Corporate 

(April 12th, 2019)

The Mentorship Challenge – Campus to Corporate was the base of connecting the dots from Self Analysis to Industry Analysis. 

A compulsory project to be undertaken by the students in their third trimester to build the pathway from campus to corporate. A unique initiative by ISBR wherein the student under this project connects the dots from self-analysis to corporate analysis. 

The final self – analysis report will help in reflecting the area of improvement and create knowledge about the industry. It is a guide that enables the student to focus on the knowledge gap, skill gap and attitudinal gap and make them more fit for the career ahead.
