As a part of the series of guest lectures happening at ISBR, we witnessed the presence of Mrs. Durba Dhyani.Mrs Durba is a certified trainer and has worked with various world known companies as board member. She talked about the emerging trend in Human Resource Management and the factors which are causing the traditional practices to change and establish new one. The session being an interactive one, ensured that the students were kept engaged and also made the session interesting.
