“The magic in the air tuned into the chords o(pulsating rhythmic hearts and bonds (or the year that lay ahead.” One of the memorable rituals of college life is the Fresher’s Party. On 19th September 2017, students from batch 2016-2018 of ISBR organized a splendid Fresher’s Day event for the batch of 2017-19- the theme for the event was: “Why so serious?”. The objective of the event was to make every student of the new batch feel like an integral part of the ISBR family. It is a day when seniors and juniors bond and unite together to celebrate signifying part of the institute. Jovial smiles and high spirits marked the fresher’s Day event for the students. The event was organized in the campus’s amphitheater and displayed youth and their enthusiasm was in full flow. With the pulsating ambiance, flashing lights, and foot-tapping music, the event began with a blast.

Seniors and junior students performed various musical acts including dance and singing. Students also showcased their talents and took part in Mr. and Miss ISBR contests. As the mercury began to rise, the dance floor was left open for some unrestrained energy. Joy and happiness could be seen in students of each and every course at the college. They were having the time of their lives. The students followed a dress code of Red and Black and conscious of the latest fashion trends; the freshers dressed in their best. Abhishek Tomar and Preeti Singh were crowned as Mr. and Miss ISBR respectively. Several other titles such as Mr. and Mrs. Gotham, Most Popular Student, Best Nautanki, etc. were also given to students. The event was very well designed and all the credit goes to second-year students, faculty, and the non-teaching staff. Their efforts reflected in the success of the program. On the whole, the entire program can be summed up as amazingly astounding.
