Our “HR NAMMA CONVERGENCE CLUB” had a panel discussion. Ms Danish Tharani, who is also a member of our HR club, hosted the event. Nimisha Chatterjee, a dynamic global HR professional with over 12 years of experience in various HR roles in various organisations, graced the programme as one of the respected panellists. Ms. Deepti K.S., our second panellist, is a dedicated HR professional with 8.5 years of experience in training and development, as well as HR software and development. “THE EVOLUTION OF HR MANAGEMENT OVER THE LAST DECADES AND ITS FUTURE CREDIBILITY” was the topic of our panel discussion. We learned a lot from our panellists’ expertise and obtained a lot of knowledge in the subject of HR from them. Not only that, but our students were highly engaged in the debate and made it interactive by asking questions and clarifying their worries. Our panellists also shed some insight on what skill sets or attributes an HR aspirant should focus on, and we received some fantastic responses. Overall, the session was really beneficial, and the attendees gained a great deal from their active involvement as well as the knowledge and experience of our panellists.
