We never compromise with the quality of knowledge that we instill in our students’ minds! We always try to come up with some mind boggling sessions that can help students to think out of the box. This time we had Mr. Sunil R D as the speaker for the day. The session focused on the steps of preparing proof of concept.
The steps in preparing proof of concept includes:
- Generating ideas through which we have to understand the outcomes.
- Competitor analysis to explore more about the idea.
- Based on the information collected, create the concept around which a road map should be
prepared. - Find out the dependencies in your idea and prepare content analysis
- Analyse and discover the pros and cons of your idea
He further explained about RFP process and brainstorming process involved in idea creation process.
Entrepreneurs should target the customers based on what they want. After that he divided us into multiple groups and make an idea. Furthermore, he gave his inputs and perceptions regarding each groups’ idea. He also gave inputs for the students who are participating for the ‘MANTHAN’.
