The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) organized an insightful online panel discussion on the contemporary theme of “Leadership and Change Management In BANI World” in partnership with ISBR Business School on January 17th at 3 pm. The event featured two distinguished experts in the field and was moderated by Prof. Anand Agrawal, the Executive Director of ISBR.
The panel discussion delved into the challenges and opportunities posed by the BANI world – Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear, and Incomprehensible world. It provided valuable insights for leaders navigating this dynamic environment. The panelists for the discussion were Mr Kamal Sahdev, Director of HR at Delta Electronics, and Mr Manish Jain, Deputy COO of Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Both brought a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective fields, contributing a combined 46 years of knowledge to the discussion.
Dr Agrawal intrigued the panellist with questions related to topics such as how to leverage technology and analytics as leaders for change management, ways to build effective teams, fostering adaptability in organizational culture, and ensuring the sustainability commitments of companies in the BANI world.
