ISBR is a proud partner of SPIRIT ERASMUS – a sponsored Project from the European Union. On the 3rd of March, ISBR Business School, in collaboration with Spirit Club partners from Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, orchestrated a momentous Walkathon! Participants from diverse backgrounds including Spirit club countries, Rotaracts, Alumni, faculty, staff, and students of ISBR gathered for an unforgettable journey towards health and unity.
The event commenced with an enlightening discourse on Health and Wellness by Rtn Veena Shenoy, Head of Impact Goals at ISBR. Dr Manish Kothari, the Managing Director of ISBR Business School, followed with a poignant reflection on India’s historical milestones, drawing inspiration from the enduring principles of Mahatma Gandhi.
Participants, including individuals from Spirit Club countries, Rotaracts, Alumni, faculty, staff, and students of ISBR, embarked on a 2km journey symbolizing unity and wellness. More than just a walk, the event served as a platform to advocate for health and well-being, addressing the pressing issue of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs).
The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as attendees, adorned with broad smiles, embraced the spirit of the occasion. The collective energy and camaraderie witnessed during the Walkathon underscored its resounding success.
