ISBR’s MBA 2016 students visited Enable India, a charitable trust who works toward empowering people with disability, on 21 July 2016.
Dr Sujata and Mr Vishnu gave an introductory talk about “Enable India”. After that students were taken to the training area where they saw disabled people getting trained for better opportunities. While explaining the functioning of Enable India, Dr Sujata told students about how they analyze the job opportunities and find a solution to the problems faced by these special people so that they work with ease even after being different from us.
Mr Vishnu, an engineer took students to the virtual tour of history of Enable India and the awards won by its founder Mrs Shanti Raghvan and Mr Dipesh Sutariya and their struggle during the initial days. Students also learnt sign language to communicate with these people.
Mr Dipesh, the co founder also spoke to students about his journey. He even answered student’s queries and encouraged them.
It was a huge motivational tour for students in nut shell.
