The rapid changes happening in the world scenarios caused changes at an unprecedented pace and scale along with climate change, demographic changes, sharing own resources and land, terrorism as a business and making defense deals, polarized system, geopolitics, technological development, globalization and improvement in better understanding of Public Policy .

Bringing or mediating real cases from the mediation cell or police station and demonstrating in a systematic manner to provide legal aids to the society. Challenges in Implementation:

Even though this best practice provides social justice, assigns rights and duties for the society, which enables people to receive the basic benefits and justice from the ruling parties. It’s challenging in implementation and execution through the common platform for polarized economy, geopolitics and unstructured Government policies. The main challenges are changes in taxation, social security, public health, labor law and regulation of markets, to ensure distribution of wealth, and equal opportunity.

The political willingness is the basic challenge to implement the best law practices in society. The common people are not allowed to address the issues in their own manners under social justice and human rights. The govt. agencies-ED, CBI and election commission dominate the society and miss utilization of their power against the common citizen before they are convicted by the court of justice.

International interference and influence in judiciary system and creates the propagandas to destabilized the ruling government and change the mode of operations.   

 Ways of Implementation:

  • It is the responsibility of every citizen of the country to take initiatives along with the young minded students community and the member representative of the each community must be assigned to the class and section of the society they belong to for which they find themself best fitted. This best practice implemented at campus with various real case studies as a part of curriculum for the law students who have clinical based education as part of their academic activity by involving sociological methods along with the practical field and working in the legal field;

  • In the initial stage it’s difficult to convince the common people regarding the benefits of this initiative and identification of legal problems and reporting to the clinic.
  • More such initiative disrupted a busy semester schedule. The limited time to contribute for field works and data collection due to protection and unknown threat.
  • Legal barriers due to state and central Government policies and management support, protocols of Bar Council of India and the university to restructure the curriculum as per the judgement awarded for the some historical cases for recent and past can be the real example for the society and protection of constitution.
  • Unequal social rights and opportunities creates confusion in the society.
  • Difficulties in case of juvenile justice and international arbitration
  • Unwanted problem due to involvement in criminal cases and harassment from the police  station and court visit during interrogation for the students
  • Parents are not interested to involve the students for any litigation before the completion of course
  • The basic training and skills required for the students to physically travel to attend the client in various cities create the panic among the students;
  • Pressure on semester exams and taking additional workload for the clinical legal practices creates mental pressure for the students
