Brief Profile: Ruthuparna Sharma
Mr Ruthuparna Sharma e is a dynamic speaker and has rendered guest lectures in various educational institutions, training seminars and corporates across India. Till date he has interacted with more than 25,000 individuals. He aims to help people Dream BIG and BOLD by living to their true Potential. He is the Founder of “The School of Passion” which aims to help people find Passion and later converting the same into a profitable profession. He is also the author of the book “In the Rhythm of Silence” which got launched in Oxford Book Stores, Delhi.He later launched his Kannada book, “Life Super Guruu…” which got the 7th position of Best Sellers in February 2019. He has helped many individuals get over depression, anxiety and has made around 50 people get over Bad habits like smoking & drinking. He is also a TEDx Speaker. He was also one of the jury in Times of India’s “Speak for India” finale in December 2019 which was held in Bengaluru. He was a panellist in one of the initiatives of the Prime Minister called “Exam Warriors”

It was a one-day orientation session on how to earn a fortune doing what you love was filled with high energy, positivity, and full of interaction.Every word uttered by Mr. Ruthuparna Sharma Sir felt mesmerizing.
Ruthuparna Sharma sir started the session by sharing the obstacles he faced in his life to find out a career as a life coach and trainer. He made us do one simple activity in which he told us to write down 10 things we love to do since childhood which has 3 basis time, happiness, and fulfillment. This activity made us go on memory lane to find out the things at which we are good and for the same, he has given us a reasonable amount of time.After penning down the activities or things we love to do he asked for volunteers to share with the class what are the things they are good at.
Sir has given the basic steps to how to through the pitch which includes name, question, product/service, ETR(certificates/experience/case studies), Pitch(pain to gain), and Close- thank you.Further, sir taught us the correct way of presenting the pitch right after the mate’s pitch. He made us learn how to capture the audience’s attention, and how to involve every person by nodding, voice modulation, hand gestures, and body movements. Even he taught us the way of spreading the energy by simple activity of clapping thrice and saying whoosh to the pitcher. It was fun.
His feedback on the pitch made us realize the importance of confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and selection of the right word to share the core part which would be understandable to either 5-year-old or aged person.

The facilitator Mr. Ruthuparna sharma is a very friendly person and also a good motivator. The session started with self visualisation by writing down 10 things of our interest and after that he demostrated how to use that passion for buiding our carrer with a proper way of earning.
He described the way to pitch in front of the public by performing live activities with some volunteers it was a knowledgable session with fun.
