The students of ISBR business school got an opportunity to interact with the youngest HR head, currently at Asia pacific. He mentioned that during his journey how a person from MS in psychology and an IITian ended up being a HR personnel. As he mentioned, introspection is the most important tool in an individual’s life and clearly mentioned that “NOTHING COMES EASILY”. While interacting, he even focused on the point that an individual should have a dream which can be visualized, and there has to be deadline to accomplish that dream.
Career, Lifestyle And Self Management
While talking about self-management he focused on four main points:
a) Performance
b) Potential
c) Firmness
d) Consistency.
These should be the focus areas of an individual’s life to achieve success and growth for a better life. He said that “MANAGING PEOPLE IS AN ART” and this art is perfected by an individual over a period of time and he or she continues to keep on learning.
This gave ISBRians a clear guidance on how to accomplish their goals in the right way and how culture, environment and ethics play an important role in growth of an individual’s life.
