Learning the basic apt of attitude, behavior, leadership, desire to learn.
Flow of Event:
Introduction, basic apt of behavior and attitude with some sports analogies, leadership skills, inspiring the urge to always keep learning even in tough circumstances, losses and setbacks, temperament, and living a true happy, enjoying and having fun in life is more important than stressing and burning out oneself in the search of blurred success.
Learnings from the Event:
There is a fine gap/line between attitude and behavior. Your attitude represents or shows the character you possess. So, one must always have control on oneself. There are people watching you, judging you, analyzing you and moreover some are learning from you. That’s why you should always think before you say/act. There is always room for improvement and a person should first be open to learn new things, humble and disciplined so that the desired results are obtained. You should not be arrogant enough to only believe in your natural talents and skip the most important aspect of life i.e., hard work. You should have role models or someone you admire/respect to guide you towards the glory that you dream of. And lastly, in this never-ending process of struggle, discipline, hard work, etc. one should not forget the true essence of life i.e., to enjoy, have fun, sleep well and try to stay happy.
Feedback from Students:
The opinion of the class filled with aspiring entrepreneurs, family business owners and future intrapreneurs is unanimous with respect to the importance, impact and unique method of teaching displayed in the session. The class was very pleased to learn about the basic ethical values that a person must carry in his life. Although there were some analogies that Mr. Krishnakumar P brought out were a bit controversial among the students of our class but everyone got the point which Mr. Krishnakumar P was trying to instill in us. And more importantly it was the perspectives that Mr. Krishnakumar P bought to the table that left the class wanting for more. And we the students of Section-B would love to attend some more sessions of Mr. Krishnakumar P.
