Orientation Program on “My Happiness, My Research”

Brief Profile of Speaker: DR. Prabha Kiran in past has worked as Assistant Professor at School of Business and Management, CHRIST Deemed to be University, Bangalore. She is an academician by choice and researcher by heart. She has completed her Bachelor of Engineering specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (MVJCE-VTU Bangalore, India, MBA in Marketing in Systems from CBSMS- Bangalore University, India. She has a Ph.D. in Digital Marketing, from Vels University, Chennai, India. She has eight years of research experience and has worked extensively on Government-funded projects in the area of Digital Marketing and Food technology. She has been a coordinator- Ph.D. program, Research Writing, Publication Ethics, Section Editor: USHUS Business Management Journal, University Journal, School of Business and Management, Christ University. She has published more than 40 research papers in
International Refereed Journals and 12 Scopus indexed journals. She has presented more than 70 research papers in International and National conferences across India as well as in other countries. Her research papers have been awarded best papers for her research on Twitter analytics and information credibility analysis of social media content. She has been conferred with the “Young Scientist Award”,2017 by leading publication house in Chennai, and “Best Professor in Market Research”,2018 by a leading B-School in Hyderabad. She is a certified trainer and Google digital marketing expert, delivering consulting and training services to MSME, start-ups, and mid-level organizational managers. The certification provided by the organization is accredited by ASCB (US), valid across more
than 70 countries. FPM 2021 (new batch) orientation program has been commenced on 25th September 2021.

First session was held by Dr. Prabha Kiran on “My Happiness, My Research”.

• The session was held on “My Happiness, My Research” by Dr. Prabha Kiran who is a keen researcher and self-made personality. She connected the happiness factor as a key continuum to undergo quality research work.
• Dr. Prabha Kiran brought certain practical elements to keep themselves happy while researching and she had also highlighted the required traits, theories, and concepts to fine-tune the scholar’s personality as a happy researcher.
