In reality, only 12 staff members run the system supported by the mass number of volunteers. Managing different tasks at the ashram was a challenge. The visit exposed the students to learn how things are organized and managed at ease. The transformation from barren land to greenery all around required a lot of passion, hard work, and a driving force to achieve such a great fest.
