Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2024, held from November 19-21 at the iconic Bangalore Palace, was a grand celebration of technology, innovation, and global collaboration. Organized by the Department of E, IT, and BT, Government of Karnataka, the 27th edition of Asia’s largest tech fair themed “Unbound” brought together industry leaders, visionaries, and tech enthusiasts from around the world.
This year’s summit broke records, hosting:
- Participants from 51 countries
- 686 exhibitors, including 403 startups
- Over 84 sessions with 521 speakers
- 50,000+ expo footfalls
Countries such as Australia, Russia, Germany, Denmark, Korea, USA, Bavaria, Japan and Israel made significant contributions, industry leaders such as Infosys, Biocon, and Microsoft Start-ups, alongside leading academic institutions like ISBR Business School, which played a pivotal role in showcasing its ethos of “Real World. Real Learning.”
ISBR’s Golden Harvest at BTS 2024
True to its motto, ISBR Business School left no stone unturned to harness the opportunities at BTS 2024. With steadfast support from Dr. Manish Kothari, President & Founder of ISBR, the Dean, and esteemed faculty, and under the dynamic leadership of Professor of Practice Shiva Prakash, ISBR’s participation centered around a unique three-pronged approach designed to maximize student exposure and engagement.

A team of 25+ students was specially trained to network with companies and global delegates to explore collaborations, placements, internships, and industry talks.

Another group of 25+ students volunteered at the ELCIA Pavilion, supporting businesses and assisting with stall management. Their efforts not only enhanced their interpersonal skills but also underscored ISBR’s commitment to building industry-academia bridges.

Over 150 students had the rare opportunity to witness B2B marketing strategies in action. Guided by ISBR’s leadership, they returned with key learnings about tech trends, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
