ISBR  PhD scholar Dr. Rajashekar S Awarded PhD for  Research on Employee Engagement

Dr. Rajashekar S, a dedicated PhD scholar at the ISBR Research Centre under the University of Mysore, has been awarded his PhD on April 25, 2024. Dr. Rajashekar’s research has made significant contributions to the field of workplace dynamics, focusing on a critical aspect of organizational success: employee engagement. His thesis, titled “A Study on the Impact of Holistic Wellbeing on Employee Engagement – With Reference to Selected IT Companies of Bangalore City,” offers profound insights into how holistic well-being can influence and enhance employee engagement.
