The session was started by Professor BS Patil. He welcomed all the scholars within the ISBR Family. He was thankful to the organization for allowing welcoming all the scholars. He Explained about college in terms of its infrastructure, management, the worth of the institute, and qualified staff. He also told every student to be more participative as there are tons to find out from the management and peers themselves. Invocation song was sung by Professor Lakshmi ks, she features a melodious voice which made our session’s Starting melodious. We also saw a video: Life at ISBR that had everything about ISBR, how the curriculum works, how students actually can learn from the management, how the convocation goes, placements, and everything. Then came the address by director YLK Laxman, He explained how the course curriculum is framed for college kids, he also added that the institute is concentrated on fun-oriented and application-based learning and he assured students about the good faculty members within the institute. He also added that the school has organized many guest lectures and lots of corporate talks for college kids. He also mentioned e-library and online/offline classes that happen within the college and he also put pressure on the Holistic learning and management tools.
He also made the statement that We all are lifetime students during this journey. Then came the presentation by the Chief Guest Mr. Jay Doshi, he represented a gorgeous and insightful presentation that included study as a journey in life, he also asked us to think as a mountaineer who focuses on the destination and work on its path by himself, he also mentioned that communication matters tons. He said the appliance of data is power within the current era and just knowing doesn’t make you powerful.
He mentioned not believe topping the batch of the school, that specializes in learning would be far better. He asked students to re-invent and to be innovative in their entire two years journey and he also mentioned BtoD that’s birth to death and remains C that’s choices people make in their lives. He quoted that family should be first on our list. He suggested students be themselves, love what they are doing, and therefore the keys to never stop learning. Then came the presentation of the guest of honor Mr. Amit Ingua he too had a presentation with him for the scholars that included Career and breaks after study is equally important. He urged students that we should always start learning self-management. He also mentioned that language isn’t important, how you create others understand the purpose you wanted to form is vital. He mentioned you ought to be updated about the culture around you and you ought to be updated on what’s happening around you. The training is often fun and amazing.
The study isn’t about choosing one stream at a time it’s about learning several others. The presidential address was given by Mr. Manish Kothari director and MD of ISBR Business school. He initially read out all the names of the scholars within the batch. He also talked about several aspects of Management students some are he told that why the new batch is the luckiest one as ISBR is that the first B-school to launch a totally sponsored course. There are 60% females and 40% males during this program. Students and Management are referred to as the ISBRians. He also mentioned mentoring, guiding, and helping. His formula of triple R(RRR) is that the risk-reward ratio was a replacement concept. He also mentioned some resources Which ISBR has a number of them are Amla Connect, E-library, workshops, guest lectures, and C-talks.
Thank you Note was given by professor Nila. She gave the gorgeous thank You note. She praised our MD for being such a gorgeous and insightful person and welcomed all the students. Within the end, we had the national anthem then concluded our session.
