Mr. Rajesh Prasad is Assistant Manager -HR Business Partner, Wipro Technologies Ltd, Pune. In his present official present capacity, he is handling a span of 800 Microsoft employees. He has worked as a Senior Associate Lead BP-HR in Infosys Limited Pune. He was conferred with distinguishing Awards-Best-Practices- Microsoft, Best HR team (Wipro Digital), HRD Shine, HRD Bravo, Insta awards, and for contribution in SPARSH- Infosys CSR events during each of the roles of Business Partner HR, Recruitment, Training facilitator, Rewards and recognitions and employee engagement.

The event was started by asking what HRBP in Human Resources is. answering this, Human resources business partners assist organizations in aligning their “people strategy” with their “business strategy.” They assist top executives in envisioning, developing, and implementing an HR strategy that supports their growth, performance, and long-term goals and the session goes on.
