He bridged the gap between MBA students and their conception about \u201cMIND GAP\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entire session was filled with insights on skill gap analysis. Closing gaps directly impacts employment and productivity. The gaps which are often seen in the students are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employability level of graduates is low.<\/li>\n<li>High dropouts in education space.<\/li>\n<li>Unskilled workforce(Mostly in India)<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So according to the honoured guest, if one can mend this gap from education to employability, \u201cThe best job goes to the person who can get it done.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 9th august 2014 Mr. M JebaKumar visited ISBR Bangalore.
