They carry the wisdom of the campus and the intelligence of academia. What did they learn? How did their life at ISBR prepare them for the world outside? And what do they have to tell you that will help you not just in your life on campus but beyond it as well? The series \u2018Campus to Corporate\u2019 will bring you insight from our alumni on the less-noticed aspects of campus life.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The competitive Prerna never settles for less. And it is this trait of hers that pushed her to kick start her career as the Human Resource Manager at Samosa Singh. This hard-working and focused girl from New Delhi came to ISBR to do her Master\u2019s and quickly became an active student in campus. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prerna Singh is proud of her accomplishments in her two years at ISBR. \u201cMy time spent in the campus, taking part in the different activities, not only complemented my interest but it also laid the foundation for my career,\u201d Prerna says. She believes in adding to her strength and see the opportunity for this in every thing she undertakes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prerna\u2019s main participation was in ISBR\u2019s CSR activities, where she led teams by ideating and motivating others. \u201cCampus activities are fun to be part of, for sure. But it is important to remember that they help you develop certain skill set that contribute to your growth you as an individual. I always made sure that I took away everything these events had to offer so that they became lessons for life,\u201d quotes Prerna confidently.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prerna is excited when she talks about the Placement Cell at ISBR. \u201cI contributed immensely to a seamless process in the Placement Cell for an efficient recruitment procedure.\u201d She hopes that the current students of ISBR learn as much as they can from the campus. \u201cYou never know which aspect of what event helps you in the future, especially when you start your career. I can honestly say that there are critical moments which helped me become a stronger, more confident person.
