He mentioned that during \u00a0his journey how a person from MS in psychology and an IITian ended up being a HR personnel. As he mentioned, introspection is the most important tool in an individual\u2019s life and clearly mentioned that \u201cNOTHING COMES EASILY\u201d. While interacting, he even focused on the point that an individual should have a dream which can be visualized, and there has to be deadline to accomplish that dream.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Career, Lifestyle And Self Management<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While talking about self-management he focused on four main points: <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Performance<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">b) Potential <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">c) Firmness <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">d) Consistency. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">These should be the focus areas of an individual\u2019s life to achieve success and growth for a better life.
