Students gained insights into the Indian, Joint Ventures (Indian &amp; MNC Partnership) and MNC working culture as he shares his 20 <em>y<\/em>ears worth of experience! As Director, HR for Asia Pacific with Meritor Commercial Vehicle Systems India Pvt Ltd, Mr. Anil Patro\u2019s C-Talk was sure to engross the audience with the in-depth knowledge he will bring in the field of HR.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He mentioned that during his journey how a person from MS in psychology and an II Tian ended up being a HR personnel. As he mentioned, introspection is the most important tool in an individual\u2019s life and clearly mentioned that \u201cNOTHING COMES EASILY\u201d. While interacting, he even focused on the point that an individual should have a dream which can be visualized, and there has to be deadline to accomplish that dream. He talked about Career, Lifestyle And Self Management While talking about self management he focused on four main points:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Performance <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) Potential <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) Firmness <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) Consistency.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These should be the focus areas of an individual\u2019s life to achieve success and growth for\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a better life.
