It was a golden opportunity for those who are beginning their academic career like\u00a0myself. A heartful thanks to ISBR for providing this opportunity.\u00a0<br>The programme aimed at empowering budding faculties from different parts of India on teaching pedagogy, Consultancy, Research&amp;Case Writting\u00a0and new electives those can be offered\u00a0in B schools. The program not only educated the participants intellectually but also ignited faculties to follow spirituality\u00a0for their\u00a0personality development as successful teacher.\u00a0A teacher plays multiple roles such as mentor, guide, friend, facilitator and guardian. In order to be a successfully render each this roles one should\u00a0understand the purpose of Being a Teacher.
