It was a golden opportunity for those who are beginning their academic career like&nbsp;myself. A heartful thanks to ISBR for providing this opportunity.&nbsp;<br \/>The programme aimed at empowering budding faculties from different parts of India on teaching pedagogy, Consultancy, Research&amp;Case Writting&nbsp;and new electives those can be offered&nbsp;in B schools. The program not only educated the participants intellectually but also ignited faculties to follow spirituality&nbsp;for their&nbsp;personality development as successful teacher.&nbsp;A teacher plays multiple roles such as mentor, guide, friend, facilitator and guardian. In order to be a successfully render each this roles one should&nbsp;understand the purpose of Being a Teacher.
