This insightful study offers practical recommendations for IT firms looking to improve retention strategies by tailoring their approaches to the unique values and expectations of different generational cohorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Kamath\u2019s research was completed under the guidance of <strong>Dr. M.R. Jhansi Rani<\/strong>, whose mentorship played a vital role in this achievement. Mrs. Rao\u2019s research addressed a crucial topic, titled <strong>\u201cPre-employment Challenges Faced by Persons with Disabilities for Inclusion in the IT &amp; ITES Sector in Hyderabad.\u201d<\/strong> Her dissertation highlighted the barriers faced by persons with disabilities during the recruitment phase in the IT and ITES industries, advocating for better policies and practices to foster inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the expert guidance of <strong>Dr. Anand Shankar Raja M<\/strong> (Assistant Professor &amp; Research Manager, ISBR Business School) as her Research Guide, and <strong>Dr. M.R. Jhansi Rani<\/strong> (Professor &amp; Dy.
