An experienced HR professional with over 30 years in diverse industries, Asha has worked in senior positions in NIIT Ltd., Hewlett Packard, Vaatsalya Healthcare, Schneider Electric and TeamLease Services. Her Core HR areas of expertise include Organization Design, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Compliance and HR Strategic Business partnering.
In her capacity as an Independent Consultant, Asha partners with organizations to help them scale their HR processes. She has developed Competency Frameworks, conducted comprehensive Talent Assessment and Management exercises, analysed organizational structure gaps and suggested modifications, helped identify Leadership competencies and hire Leaders, developed and delivered Managerial training etc. for multiple clients.
Asha has extensive experience in Leadership and Management Development, Training Program Management, Training Operations, E-Learning etc. She has delivered stand-up training in several Leadership and Management topics across Asia Pacific and conducted one-on-one coaching across levels. Having been part of a Global team and with team members spread across Asia and Europe, Asha has significant exposure to cross-regional and cross-cultural practices including People Management.
Her background in Process Quality and Business Excellence including ISO 9000 and EFQM has helped her develop an eye for detail and led to greater effectiveness in her assignments.
Asha is a Post-Graduate in Physics from Delhi University. She has an MA in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Leeds, UK, a Directors’ Certification from The Institute of Directors (IOD), a Certification in Competency Mapping, Assessment and Development from IHRD and MBTI Accreditation. She is a certified assessor for CII for their prestigious Sustainability Awards and also associated with the Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship at IIM Bangalore.
