With an experience of over 25 years in Learning & Development, Devika has held responsibility for Business Strategy, Organization Development, Design and Delivery of Leadership, Management and Professional Development Programs and L&D Operations.
She is extremely passionate about her L&D role in a country of diverse cultures and challenges. Her portfolio of operations includes L&D Strategic Consulting, Graduate & Lateral On-boarding, Key Leadership Interventions, Facilitation, Coaching and Talent Management. She has been a part of several Employee Engagement initiatives like Best Work Environment, championing diversity, innovative learning practices.
An extremely high energy, creative, out-of-the-box thinking person, she has a network that ranges across industries. An attitude of collaboration, bringing fun to learning at work and carrying the team with her, are some of her strongest positive attributes. A high level of international exposure has helped her work across cultures and regions, thus embracing diversity. Program and Project Management are some of my key strengths.
Devika has mentored and nurtured several in her professional career and continues to be a coach and thought leader. A multi-faceted personality, Devika blogs, sketches, paints, reads and is a keen recycler.
An ardent traveler, she has travelled extensively within and outside India. She has been on various travel trails – Textiles, Food, Heritage, Temples, Photography. She has also been a tour manager & leader for Swarajya Heritage Travels.
To pursue her passion for towards a purpose she runs an online handloom store ithy-ADee and is a council member of WICCI – Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Devika is currently Associate Director with e2e People Practices Pvt. Ltd.
