Bhaskar is a technology and management professional with over 27 years of experience in the industry, spanning Digital Marketing, Supply Chain and Banking domains. Most recently, he was the President and Head of India operations for Theorem Inc., a New Jersey based company that provides Digital Marketing products, solutions & services to global clients. Over 9 years with Theorem, he provided strategic, financial and operational leadership to the largest delivery center of the company, established the Australian office and grew it into a multi-million dollar revenue center, and brought in significant technological & process innovations to the company to reduce delivery costs, improve employee morale & retention, establish company brand and increase revenue per employee.

Bhaskar has extensive global education and work experience (US, Singapore and India) and blends in positives of multiple cultures and work practices. With deep roots in technology, his career shows a steady career progression, and at times overcoming significant personal challenges. His professional experiences spans established public companies and startups, besides having tried a couple of entrepreneurial stints of his own.

Bhaskar is an immediate past Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysore Zone, a Charter Member of TiE, Mysuru Chapter, and is on the Board of Studies for two post-graduate colleges (Economics & MBA) under University of Mysore, helping craft industry-relevant curriculum. Bhaskar appeared on ETNow show aired on June 5th, 2019 under “Leaders of Tomorrow” series. He was also featured in CIO Review magazine in their February, 2018 issue.

Bhaskar has an MBA from Anderson School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles, a MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, a Bachelors in Industrial & Production Engineering from Bangalore University, and a Bachelors in Mathematics from Jabalpur University.
